Recently a number of insurance companies have expressed their intent to offer payment assistance or payment deferrals for COVID-19 hardships.
Our authority as an agent does not allow us to set premium terms or negotiate payment options, so it is best to call your insurance carrier directly to discuss any relief, if available. You can typically find the carrier’s billing helpline on your policy, or reach out to us if you need help locating a phone number. In addition to our email from earlier this week on suggestions for reducing your monthly premiums, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier for possible payment aid.
